நாடாளுமன்ற அத்துமீறலுக்கு பாதுகாப்புக் குறைபாடே காரணம்: எதிர்க்கட்சிகள் கண்டனம்

நாடாளுமன்றத்தில் 13.12.2023ஆம் தேதி நடந்த அத்துமீறலை அடுத்து நாடாளுமன்றத்தை நோக்கிச் சென்ற வாகனங்கள் அனைத்தும் கடுமையான சோதனைக்கு உட்படுத்தப்பட்டன.

புதுடெல்லி: பிரதமர் நரேந்திர மோடி தன்னைக் கொலை செய்ய முயற்சி செய்வதாகவும் அதனால் வரும் டிசம்பர் 13ஆம் தேதி நாடாளுமன்றத்தின் மீது தாக்குதல் நடத்தப்படும் என்று கனடாவில் வாழும் ‘நீதிக்கான சீக்கியர் அமைப்பின்’ தலைவர் குர்பத்வந்த் சிங் பன்னு சில நாள்களுக்கு முன் அறிவித்திருந்தார்.

அதனையடுத்து நாடாளுமன்றத்தில் எப்போதும் இல்லாத வகையில் பாதுகாப்பு பலப்படுத்தப்பட்டது. அப்படி இருந்தும் டிசம்பர் 13ஆம் தேதி நாடாளுமன்றத்திற்குள் புகைவீச்சு நடத்தப்பட்ட சம்பவம் அங்கிருந்த நாடாளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர்களை அதிர்ச்சியடையச் செய்துள்ளது.

இவ்வளவு பாதுகாப்பு அதிகாரிகளால் சூழப்பட்டுள்ள நாடாளுமன்றத்தில் இதுபோன்ற அத்துமீறல் நடக்கிறதென்றால், அது அங்குள்ள பாதுகாப்புக் குறைபாடுகளையே காட்டுகிறது என்று எதிர்க்கட்சி நாடாளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர்கள் கண்டனம் தெரிவித்துள்ளனர்.

மக்களவையில் பாதுகாப்பு குறைபாடு சம்பவம் குறித்து, மத்திய உள்துறை அமைச்சர் அமித்ஷா விளக்கம் அளிக்க வேண்டும் என மாநிலங்களவையில் காங்கிரஸ் தலைவர் மல்லிகார்ஜுன கார்கே வேண்டுகோள் விடுத்தார்.

இதற்கு பதில் அளித்த மாநிலங்களவைத் தலைவர் ஜெகதீப் தன்கர், நிலைமையை ஆய்வு செய்து அவை முடியும் முன் தகவல் அளிப்பதாக கூறினார். இதனால் அதிருப்தியடைந்த எதிர்கட்சி நாடாளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர்கள் வெளிநடப்பு செய்தனர்.

காங்கிரஸ் மக்களவைத் தலைவர்

இதுகுறித்து காங்கிரசின் மக்களவைத் தலைவர் ஆதிர் ரஞ்சன் சவுத்திரி கூறுகையில், “இரு இளைஞர்கள் அத்துமீறி மக்களவையில் நுழைந்ததும் இல்லாமல், வண்ண புகை குண்டையும் வீசியுள்ளனர். நாடாளுமன்றத் தாக்குதல் தினத்தில் இந்தச் சம்பவம் நடைபெற்றுள்ளது பாதுகாப்பு குறைபாட்டைக் காட்டுகிறது,” என்றார்.

பார்வையாளர் பகுதியில் இருந்த 20 வயது மதிக்கத்தக்க இளைஞர்கள் இருவர்களில் ஒருவர் நாடாளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர்கள் அமர்ந்திருந்த பகுதியில் குதித்து சபாநாயகரை நோக்கி கோஷமிட்டபடி ஓடினர். அவர்கள் கையில் வைத்திருந்த ஒரு சாதனத்தில் இருந்து நெடியுடன் கூடிய மஞ்சள் நிறப் புகை வெளியேறியது. அது நச்சுப் புகையாகக்கூட இருக்கலாம். நாடாளுமன்றத் தாக்குதல் தினத்தில் நிகழ்ந்த இச்சம்பவம் பாதுகாப்பில் மிகப்பெரிய குறைபாடு உள்ளதை காட்டுகிறது,” என்றார்.

அத்துமீறி பார்வையாளர்கள் வீசியது நச்சுப் புகையாகவோ அல்லது வெடிகுண்டாகவோ இருந்திருந்தால் நிலைமை மோசமாகியிருக்கும். எம்.பி.க்களின் பாதுகாப்பு உறுதி செய்யப் பட வேண்டும் என்றார் திமுக நாடாளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர் கனிமொழி..

பலகட்டசோதனைகளுக்குப் பின்னர் புகைக் குப்பியுடன் எப்படி நாடாளுமன்றத்துக்கு உள்ளே நுழைய முடிந்தது என்று கேள்வி எழுப்பியுள்ளார் திமுக நாடாளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர் திருச்சி சிவா.

பகுஜன் சமாஜ் எம்.பி ராம் ஷிரோமணி

மக்களவை அத்துமீறலில் ஈடுபட்ட ஒருவரிடம் லக்னோ முகவரியுடன் கூடிய ஆதார் அட்டை இருந்ததை பாதுகாப்புப் படையினர் கண்டுபிடித்தனர். அவர் தனது காலணிக்குள் கண்ணீர்ப் புகை குப்பியையும், காகிதம் ஒன்றையும் மறைத்து வைத்திருந்தார். நாங்கள் அவரைப் பிடித்ததும் அவர் வண்ண புகையை வெளியேற்றினார் என்று பகுஜன் சமாஜ் நாடாளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர் ராம் ஷிரோமணி கூறினார்.

இளைஞர் கையில் இருந்த வண்ண புகைக் குப்பியை நான் பறித்து தூக்கி எறிந்தேன். இது மோசமான பாதுகாப்பு குறைபாடு என்றார் காங்கிரஸ் நாடாளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர் குர்ஜித் சிங்.

இந்நிலையில், நாடாளுமன்றத்துக்கு வரும் பார்வையாளர்களிடம் கூடுதல் முன்னெச்சரிக்கை நடவடிக்கைகள் எடுப்பது குறித்து எம்.பி.க்களுடன் மக்களவை சபாநாயகர் ஓம் பிர்லா சம்பவம் நடந்த அன்று மாலை ஆலோசனை நடத்தினார். அப்போது அவர் கூறுகையில், ‘‘மக்களவையில் நுழைந்தவர்கள் வெளியேற்றிய வண்ண புகை, சாதாரண புகைதான். பரபரப்பை ஏற்படுத்துவதற்காக இவ்வாறு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது,” என்றார்.
