The Job

• Daily visit to the Supermarket/Convenience outlet in an assigned area, provide excellent service, and enhance good customer relationship/ rapport to secure order for all products.
• Ensure all Company's and Agency product, especially core SKUs are well merchandised with adequate level of stocks at home bay according to market share, or follow planogram and all chillers and secondary display.
• Liaise and co-ordinate with external and internal staff on ordering of product.
• Ensure prompt set up of promo display, update of all POS materials and pricing display at the right place and right promo window.
• Implement FIFO to ensure product freshness and check on near expired stocks regularly to minimise trade returns.
• Provide regular feedback on the sales performance of our product, store and display issues, and competitor’s activities to Sales Leader.
• Support Management Team in conducting distribution audit and Ad Hoc duties as and when required.

Job Description
 Manage daily store operations and perform cashiering duties
 Attend to customers and deliver outstanding customer service
 Handle customers’ feedback and complaints professionally
 To promote products and optimise sales opportunities
 Replenish products on the display shelves and counters whenever necessary
 Ensure sample products are well-organized and in good working condition
 Responsible for inventory management and stock replenishment
 Assist in product visual merchandising duties at the store
 Performing housekeeping duties to maintain store’s cleanliness and image
 Work closely as a team to achieve store target
 Any other duties as assigned by the Management

Requirement:
 Possess excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skill
 Ability to prioritize while handling multiple tasks is required.
 Good command of English, as product and brand training is conducted in English
 Able to work in fast pace retail environment
 Able to work on weekends/public holidays and rotating shifts
