Responsibilities:

Understand client needs and provide tailored financial planning solutions (wealth accumulation, protection, retirement, investments)
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients through integrity and consistent follow-ups
Proactively prospect, network, and grow your client base with a hunter mindset
Continuously develop financial knowledge and stay updated on market trends
Conduct reviews to ensure clients stay aligned with their financial goals
Meet and exceed sales and activity targets while maintaining professional and ethical standards
Uphold company values and act in the best interest of clients at all times
