Responsibilities

1. Define Airwallex’s products, from strategy and solution design to roadmap and delivery plans
2. Collaborate across product domains to drive cross-functional initiatives and leverage all aspects of the Airwallex product suite
3. Collaborate closely with target users, o ycommercial teams, senior leadership, design, go-to-market, and engineering to bring our products to reality.
4. Inform product strategy and approach by deeply understanding our user requirements, target markets, and competitive landscape
5. Iterate quickly on new product launches, feature enhancements, and user feedback

Qualifications

1. Evidence of exemplary academic achievements (e.g. high GPA, Dean's list, scholarship etc.)
2. Experience working on a high scale platform, or technically complex product
3. Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or another STEM discipline
4. Experience with product exploration and go to market proposition, product design, product planning and development
5. Experience considering both user requirements and commercial strategy in order to drive meaningful product growth
6. Experience taking products from ideation to delivery, ideally at global scale
7. Ability to manage difficult tradeoffs such as long term product vision and short term growth requirements
8. Ability to thrive in data driven, cross functional teams that can move ideas to reality in very short periods of time
9. Flexibility to work across multiple time zones
10. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey product strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences

Job Descriptions

· Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences

About the role

McConnell Dowell is seeking an experienced Planner for a major infrastructure project in Singapore.

Key responsibilities of the role include;

• Responsible for the planning and scheduling functions for the Project.
• In consultation with relevant project personnel, establish and maintain accurate construction, procurement and deliverables schedules based on the Work Breakdown Structure and contract requirements.
• Update schedules on a regular basis to accurately reflect the current status of progress.
• Amend schedules to reflect changes to the project scope.
• Responsible for the efficient and effective project implementation of Sure Track/Primavera software for the project to provide accurate forecasting and progress reporting.
• Develop and maintain s-curve reports and provide overall progress reports and other matters related to schedule as required by the Project Manager.
• Provide assistance to Engineers on scheduling requirements.
• Oversee the preparation and monitoring of construction schedules, methods, manning charts and equipment requirements.
• Advise on actions to be taken to prevent or improve undesirable trends in progress.
• Identify possible time impact issues i.e. set up and manage Variation Order Detection System.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have;

• Relevant tertiary qualifications.
• 6-10 years of planning/scheduling experience in a similar large civil infrastructure project.
• Competent in planning and organizing work schedules.
• Knowledge of Primavera Software P6.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Able to work alternate 6 days work week.

Responsibilities

• Oversees overall schedule for a part/process/program NPI development build from prototypes to mass production.

Job Description

• Lead and coordinate engineering team and production team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Lead and perform controlled tests on various feed stock types
• Lead studies on outputs by systems – i.e. quality of syngas and biochar, energy regeneration etc.
• Lead system design and optimization, and compliance with local and international regulations
• Lead and review Hazard and Operability Analysis (HAZOP) and Hazard Identification Study (HAZID) in all system implementations

Requirements

Job Description

• Ensure timely response to sales RFQ
• Partner with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Engineering and Factory Finance team to understand the scope of RFQ, requirements and business opportunity
• Responsible for providing price guidelines, insights and direction on Factories’ capabilities and capacity to Sales to respond to customers’ RFQ
• Coordinate with Factory Finance and engineering team to understand the COGS, Technical capability, toolings and/or new capex requirements and process capability to support the RFQ
• Scope up capex requirements for new business opportunities and present business proposal to management for endorsement
• Develop and maintain pricing book for standard packages to achieve quick RFQ turnaround time to customers
• Feedback market price to Factory Operations and Finance team to drive strategic cost improvement projects to remain price and cost competitive
• Track and report RFQ status, provide pipeline visibility to management team and factories
• If the incumbent has good experience in back-end packaging/assembly process and materials, may need to provide technical guidance to pricing team

Requirement

• Degree in Finance / Engineering
• At least 5 years in the semiconductor industry
• The candidate should have knowledge and experience in semiconductor wafer test and final test process and operation. Knowledge and experience in Assembly packaging will be a plus

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience with Recognized Degree in relevant field.

Cloud Architecture

• Plan, implement and support infrastructure solutions. This includes the cloud infrastructure and security architecture e.g. data centers, AWS, Azure, Huawei, Alibaba
• Translate client requirements into solutions, and confident with an ability to handle pressure in critical situations by always ensuring that client requirements are met i.e. solution design, POC verification, and traditional IT cloud solution design for public cloud projects
• Assist in project delivery from a perspective of architecting, designing and delivering capabilities to the existing environment from infrastructure through to systems and application
• Provide technical support and advice to customers
• Improve governance (policies, standards, guidelines) on successful delivery outcomes e.g. industry compliances, delivery frameworks/playbooks, port-mortem reviews

Cross group collaboration

• Work closely with Pre-Sales & Cloud Architects to progress new cloud opportunities i.e. demand analysis, demos, tenders, etc.
• Work closely with all technical group to on-board technical knowledge of solution offerings, inclusive of vendors and partners as needed
• Support Marketing department for all technical demo and Proof Of Concept (POC) requirements

Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge
