  • Provide strategic direction and support to existing distributors across Southeast Asia, ensuring alignment with internal Business Unit objectives.
  • Develop market-specific strategies in collaboration with distribution partners, tailored to different market segments and regional needs.
  • Actively seek opportunities to appoint and nurture new distributors in untapped territories.
  • Assist partners in effectively positioning the company’s instruments against competing solutions in the market.
  • Conduct quarterly performance reviews of distributors and deliver constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support the distributor network through customer engagements, trainings, exhibitions, and seminars.
  • Monitor industry developments and competitor activity, offering timely insights to internal teams.
  • Partner with distributors to drive their individual sales targets, contributing to the overall regional revenue goal.

Job Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in managing distributors.
  • At Least a degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Science (with a foundational understanding of Chemistry).
  • Technical knowledge or experience in scientific or analytical instruments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Job Description

  • Drive the implementation and compliance of IT policy for network architecture.
  • Assist in security incidents and provide expertise in remediation efforts.
  • Research the latest industry practices and technologies as well as emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Constantly analyze, review and maintain the network baseline required by performing risk and vulnerabilities assessment to ensure the balancing of the resources available and the requirement of sufficient security measures.
  • Manage or participate in new setup or upgrade of network infrastructure projects.
  • Design network structure (including configuring hardware devices)
  • Participate in network related vulnerabilities testing and drill.
  • Participate in IT audit and DRP.
  • Monitor network and system utilization
  • Assist in any other duties as assigned from time to time, where applicable.

Requirements:

  • Degree/ Diploma in IT/ Computer Science/ Network/ Computing/ Computing Engineering
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Network infrastructure

  • Service-oriented, interpersonal skills and adaptable to a fast-paced dynamic environment
