Job Description:
-Deliver personalized service over the telephone to customers in a call centre on banking products, accounts, and services enquiries in an effective and efficient manner
-Ability to understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention
-Consistently deliver excellent quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction
-Solicit customers’ feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions
Requirements:
Good written/verbal communication skills
Call centre experience and banking experience preferred

Who are we looking for?
Higher Nitec or GCE ‘O’ Level with at least 2 years of experience in handling contact centre cases in a call centre or service industry environment OR GCE 'A' Level/Diploma/Degree without experience
Articulate with a strong command of spoken English and Mother Tongue (Mandarin/Malay/Tamil) to serve inbound calls in both languages.
Proficient in MS Office applications with excellent keyboard skills.
Possess good customer handling skills with a positive mindset.
Team player who is able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations.
Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems.
Must be able to start on 23 March 2026 (tentative commencement date)
