• Handle inbound calls and assist taxpayers with general tax-related enquiries
• Provide accurate information based on established policies and guidelines
• Guide callers on tax filing procedures and available online services
• Record call details and update information accurately in the system
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant team for further assistance
• Support other administrative duties when required

Requirements:
• Minimum GCE A-Level or Diploma qualification
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, service-oriented and comfortable speaking with members of the public
• Able to handle enquiries professionally and confidently

Who are we looking for? 

Higher Nitec or GCE ‘O’ Level with at least 2 years of experience in handling contact centre cases in a call centre or service industry environment OR GCE 'A' Level/Diploma/Degree without experience  
Articulate with a strong command of spoken English and Mandarin/Tamil to serve inbound calls in both languages. 
Proficient in MS Office applications with excellent keyboard skills. 
Possess good customer handling skills with a positive mindset.  
Team player who is able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.  
Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations. 
Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems.  
Must be able to start on April 2026 (tentative commencement date)

Loan Telesales Officer

12 Months contract

Basic $2,650 + uncapped Incentive

Working Location: Newton

Working Hours: 09:00 hrs – 18:00 hrs (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)



Key Accountabilities

•          To meet all set productivity targets required by the business including call productivity targets

•          To meet all set sales targets of required accounts / volume by the Distribution channel

•          To maintain a good understanding of both customers and business needs by following up on customer request, feedback and establishing good working relationship with team members 

•          To ensure prompt follow up with customers when required by call of duty

Responsibilities

1.   Customer Service Management

•          Ensure standard of service delivery is met, ensure all information provided to customer are clear and concise.

•          Ensure customer knows exact product features / benefits before he applies for the product.

2.   Control and Compliance Management

•          Ensure adherence of all established rules of engagement before, during and after sales duties.

•          Achieve all internal and external regulatory requirements necessary to obtain an acceptable rating as defined by the Bank.
