• Handle incoming call in a professional manner and obtain information/details accurately.
• Manage feedbacks/complaints tactfully and resolves issues by referring to the FAQs provided precisely.

• GCE ‘O’ level & above or Certificate in General Insurance (CGI)
• Client servicing & coordination experience, handling Motor, Home, Travel and Maid Insurance would be an advantage
