Job description
• Plan, design and direct construction activities, to ensure safe and timely delivery and completion of development works.
• Present management reports pertaining to progress of projects, personnel performance and problems encountered and appropriate and effective solutions.
• Cover site activities and documents, and timely report to management
• Direct all site activities of site staff, contractors, and suppliers, etc., and manage the communication between different groups to ensure timely response to project requirements.
• Manage and deliver projects within project timeline and budget, as well as the framework of risk and environmental considerations.
• Manage work delivery and resources based on the resource allocation and project schedules.
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey, Architecture or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Experienced in Structural and Architecture works will be preferred,

· Collaborate closely with Quantity Surveyors, Site Engineers, and Supervisors to allocate resources efficiently.
· Lead discussions with stakeholders to define project specifications and deliverables.
· Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
· Secure permits and licenses from authorities (MOM, NEA, HDB, etc.), and ensure full regulatory compliance.
· Determine manpower, equipment, and materials required throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
· Diploma or Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
· 4 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager in construction.
· Proficient in Microsoft Project + PMP Certification
