Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership and Training

• Lead and manage the BIM team, including BIM Leads, Coordinators, and Modelers.
• Provide training and mentorship to project team members on BIM tools and workflows, ensuring strong proficiency in Bentley BIM software.

2. Model Management and Coordination

• Coordinate BIM work across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Oversee model creation, updates, and integration to ensure accuracy and completeness.

3. Project Collaboration and Communication

• Liaise with project stakeholders such as architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.

4. Quality Assurance and Compliance

• Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project specifications, local regulations, and industry standards.
• Review models to confirm alignment with design intent and construction requirements.

5. Technical Support and Innovation

• Evaluate and introduce new BIM technologies and workflows to enhance project efficiency.
• Resolve technical issues during BIM implementation.
• Promote the use of advanced BIM applications such as 4D to 6D BIM.

6. Data and Project Management

• Manage and maintain data integrity within the BIM environment.
• Track project progress and support cost and schedule control through digital insights.

7. Risk and Information Security Management

• Identify risks in BIM execution and implement mitigation measures.
• Safeguard data integrity and prevent information loss or breaches.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in BIM applications and workflows (2D–6D).
• Advanced proficiency in Bentley platform software.
• Solid experience in the design and construction of water treatment plants or similar industrial facilities.
• Minimum 5 years of BIM project management experience, with prior experience as a BIM Manager preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Relevant BIM certifications will be an added advantage.
