Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Planning Engineer to support project planning and scheduling for our upcoming project in Singapore. The role involves preparing and maintaining schedules, monitoring progress, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in line with contract requirements.
• Prepare baseline programs, progress reports, and forecasts.
• Monitor and analyze project performance, identifying risks and delays.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to update progress data.
• Perform critical path analysis and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in planning and scheduling for oil & gas, EPC, or infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong knowledge of progress measurement, resource allocation, and cost control.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to achieve sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate product capabilities and value proposition.

2. Technical Consultation

• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including troubleshooting and product application advice.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop customized solutions for clients.

3. Proposal & Quotation

• Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements in line with company policies.

4. Project Coordination

• Liaise between customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Market Intelligence

• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
• Provide feedback to management on market needs and product improvements.

6. Administrative & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in the CRM system.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management review.

Requirement:

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related technical field
• Preferably to have at least 1 years of sales engineering experience

We are looking for a technician or engineer who can handle repairs to commercial chillers and freezers, ice machines, ice cream machines and walk in chillers and freezers. We also need someone who can join our team to undertake building and installation of walk in chillers and freezers. A Singapore driving licence is required as you will be travelling from job to job either on your own or with a team to do repairs on site. You will also be required to do repairs and equipment checking in our own service department premises.

It will also be helpful if you can operate and use Windows based computers.

Good written and spoken English is a must.

• Operate vacuum furnaces for heat treatment and brazing processes to ensure proper function.
• Perform SAT, uniformity checks, and leak rate tests on vacuum furnaces.
• Monitor and address any abnormal conditions in both parts and furnaces, taking appropriate corrective actions.
• Conduct incoming inspections on parts before heat treatment and perform TPM checks on equipment.
• Maintain accurate records for heat treatment logs and furnace operations.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the Aerospace Industry.
• Able to interpret operational documents and follow complex instructions.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and commitment to safety protocols.
