Key Responsibilities

• Online Store Operations Management – Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality execution of all store activities.
• Sales & Performance – Lead the team to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance overall brand presence.
• Team Leadership & Development – Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance guidance; build a motivated and service-oriented team culture.
• Operational Execution – Handle daily operational matters including inventory control, promotional event implementation, and customer relationship management.
• Reporting & Optimization – Monitor store performance, provide timely feedback to management, and assist in implementing improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• diploma or degree in Retail, Business Management or related fields preferred.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in retail or service industry; prior online store management experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Oversee assigned product portfolio and generates sales to achieve revenue, target, and budget.
• Enhance professional and technical knowledge of sales product.
• Perform and assess market and competitive analysis to develop efficient business strategy and generate higher sales revenue.
• Develop strategic relationships with product vendors and partners to provide solutions to partners and end users.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Information Security or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in managing Network Security / Electronic / IT products.
