What You’ll Do
Podcast & Video Production
- End-to-end podcast production: editing, mixing, mastering, and publishing.
- Video editing for long-form and short-form content (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Design and create engaging thumbnails, overlays, graphics, and animations.
- Ensure content is polished, cohesive, and brand-aligned across all channels.
Marketing & Distribution
- Develop and execute social media strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels.
- Craft email sequences, newsletters, and campaigns to drive engagement and growth.
- Optimize content for SEO, discoverability, and audience engagement.
- Collaborate on campaigns that generate awareness, leads, and thought leadership.
Graphic Design & Creative Support
- Design dynamic visuals for social media, email campaigns, presentations, and podcast promotion.
- Support branding efforts and ensure a cohesive aesthetic across platforms.
- Contribute ideas for new formats, concepts, and creative approaches to audience engagement.
Global Opportunities

- Spotify, Apple Podcasts (publishing & episode management)
- SEO & content optimization for discoverability
Graphic Design & Visuals:
- Canva, PixArt, Photoshop, Illustrator (thumbnails, social graphics, overlays)
Sigma / Adobe XD (optional for advanced visuals)
Marketing & Analytics:
