About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Pest Control Service Technician/Worker to join our team at First Choice Pest Specialist Pte. Ltd. in the Tampines East region. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in our pest control operations, ensuring a pest free environment for our clients. The position requires a valid NEA license.
What you'll be doing
- Inspect residential and commercial properties (Mostly F&B) to identify pest infestations and determine appropriate treatment methods
- Apply pesticides, baits, and other control measures to eliminate pest problems
- Maintain accurate records of all pest control activities and treatments
- Provide excellent customer service by educating clients on pest prevention and control
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with the Ops manager to optimize pest control processes and implement best practices
- Issue service report upon completion of each job
