About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Pest Control Service Technician/Worker to join our team at First Choice Pest Specialist Pte. Ltd. in the Tampines East region. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in our pest control operations, ensuring a pest free environment for our clients. The position requires a valid NEA license.

What you'll be doing

• Inspect residential and commercial properties (Mostly F&B) to identify pest infestations and determine appropriate treatment methods
• Apply pesticides, baits, and other control measures to eliminate pest problems
• Maintain accurate records of all pest control activities and treatments
• Provide excellent customer service by educating clients on pest prevention and control
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations
• Collaborate with the Ops manager to optimize pest control processes and implement best practices
• Issue service report upon completion of each job

What we're looking for

• Only Singaporeans/PR may apply
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a pest control technician/worker
• Valid NEA license

Job Scope

1) Handling of walk-behind machine on production floor. ( Training provided)

2) Washing of toilet and maintain cleanliness.

3) Clearing of bins and dispose rubbish.

4) Check and top up items that is running low.

4) Daily maintaining cleaning equipment and machines.

5) Assist team leader if needed.

6) Understanding of safety precaution and responsibility.

7) Must be able to work as a team.

Requirments

1) Able to fulfill 5 and half days work week.

2) Willing to wash toilet.

Location: Various Location
Salary: Up to $3000(Basic) + AWS + VB
Working Hours: 5 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities

• Do regular preventive and corrective maintenance on lifts.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns and fix issues.
• Help investigate equipment damage or accidents.
• Follow up on QC/QA defects.

Requirements

• No Exp Required, Training provided.
• Must have a motorbike license (but experienced lift technicians without motorbike may also be considered).

Job Duties

• Assist in ship boarding activities
• Liaise with port officials and terminal operators to plan husbandry works
• Coordinates operational activities at the port, while ensuring compliance with customs and immigration procedures, port and flag state regulations
