• Ensure prompt and timely pest management services at Clients’ premises.
• Perform inspections at Clients’ premises.
• Prepare service report promptly.
• Ability in answering our valued Clients' quries on pest related issues.
• Maintain company's assets and equipment in good and working condition.
• Assist in conducting and providing feedback on new innovations and products testing.

Requirements

• NEA Pest Control Worker/Technician License (preferred)
• Primary Education and above.
• Able to converse and write in English.
• A valid Singapore Class 3 driving license.
• Be Service-oriented, a team player and positive attitude.

Reporting to the Functional Rehab department lead, your primary role will be to support the clinical team by executing the plans of the case lead and guide the clients through appropriate exercise selection and instruction; and effectively communicate with members in the team so that the clients received a clear plan forward and a high standard of care.

Responsibilities:

• Undergoing and passing our in-house training programme within two tries
• Establishing rapport with case leads to get referrals
• Planning exercises and sessions in consult with case leads
• Ensuring clients complete their rehab journey
• Timely updates on client’s progress

Requirements:

• Passion in working with clients in a musculoskeletal (MSK) setting and helping them maximise their rehab potential
• Proactive in learning and applying skills to help clients get better
• Comfortable and adept at building rapport with a range of clients
• Sports Science Degree/Diploma; and/or certificate in Personal Training (ACE or ACSM)

• Able to handle full set of accounts - preparation of monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reports.

• Ensure all grooming appointments properly scheduled
• Ensure pet grooming equipment are well maintained
• Perform pet grooming based on the best practices and customers’ needs

Requirements

• At least 5 years of pet grooming experience
• Possess Pet Grooming Certificate or related experince

• No allergies to animals, their food, or supplies.
• Experience in handling animals
• Must genuinely love animals

Requirements:

Introduction:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Photographer to join our team to generate high-quality images. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for photography and digital media, with expertise in photographing, conducting basic 360° photo shoots, and using photographic equipment. This role requires proficiency in handling studio equipment, post-production editing using software like Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite (including AI) and uploading digital content to cloud-based platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to shoot images / image-editing (including shooting of 360-photographic images), maintaining consistency & upholding of required standards.
• Manage photography equipment and supplies, including practical hands-on knowledge of lighting controls and style management.
• Utilize 360 photo equipment to conduct basic 360° photo shoots, producing immersive and interactive photographs.
• Hands-on editing of photos using Photoshop and other Digital Imaging (DI).
• Manage digital assets and upload contents to cloud-based platforms.
• Maintain equipment, including troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring proper functioning.

• Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Photographer & digital photographic imaging role, preferably 3 years of experience with a portfolio showcasing a range of photography styles and techniques
• Proficiency in using 360 photo equipment and techniques, with a focus on macro photography.
• Expertise in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate the photography standards & criteria for his works with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in PhotoShop, AI & other Adobe software, Capture One Pro, Mac OS X.
