Responsibilities:
- Plan, design and administer contract/project of mechanical and electrical engineering works for building service including Schematic / concept and detailed design.
- Preparation of tender drawing/specifications & cost estimates.
- Attend project meetings, site meetings & site inspections.
- Review of shop drawings and technical submissions.
- Contract administration.
- Testing and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently, self-motivated and resourceful.
