We are looking for an amazingly well-rounded CorpSec Executive to help quickly grow our business in Singapore. You will be forward-thinking, with a desire to work in a progressive, tech-assisted environment.
You must be able to prioritise your tasks and work comfortably under pressure.
Position Duties
The successful candidate will report to the Co-Heads of CorpSec and the respective team leads. You will be involved in the full-spectrum of corporate secretarial work. This includes:
- Incorporating new companies (private limited, sole proprietorship etc.)
- Transferring corporate secretary appointments for existing companies
- Preparation and drafting of statutory documents (e.g. AGM, EGM, Board Resolution, etc.)
- Other corporate or ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by the Manager(s)
- Maintaining minutes books and updating records in registers
- Monitoring statutory deadlines
