Cleaning Supervisor ($2700-$3200)

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Scope :

  • Supervises and lead a team of cleaning specialist and train them
  • Ensure they are operating at top efficacy and performance
  • Taking accountability of team projects
  • Managing expectations of clients, Interact and handle complaints and feedbacks and build relationships with customers
  • Follows-up with work instructions given by the Executive related to the cleanliness of an area.
  • Ensures all cleaning are safely, properly and systematically carried out meeting the cleaning requirements
  • Assist in planning work schedules and deployment of manpower
  • Reports in a timely manner all defects, cleaners attendance and completion of all duties assigned
  • Ensure that Cleaners are carrying the required cleaning tools, and that the tools are functional before travelling to assigned area
  • Instruct Cleaners on more efficient cleaning techniques as and when possible
  • Update Manager on issues and Implement operation plans to improve work processes and service quality
  • Facilitate effective communication and engagement at the workplace

Job Requirement

  • Singaporean & PR only
  • Basic literarcy. Ability to communicate in basic English
  • Working knowledge of basic computer skills – Email, Microsoft Excel
  • Prior experience in leading a team is a must
  • Excellent customer service skills and able to interact well with clients
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple and complex tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • A good team player and able to work independently
  • Supervisory skills to manage cleaners
  • Expected to have a driver's license
