As a next-generation ministry leader, you will lead the next-generation ministry at GNBC, which includes children, youth, and young adults. Offer spiritual guidance to help them deepen their faith and encourage them to share their beliefs with others.

Job Description:

Work with the Lead Pastor to implement the church vision for the next-generation ministry, including:

  • Providing leadership to help the next generation grow in their faith and discipleship.
  • Mentoring key young leaders in the ministry.
  • Building a core team of next-generation leaders.
  • Planning and running effective programs for the next generation.
  • Teaching and speaking when needed.
  • Assisting with other tasks or ministries as assigned by the Pastor or their representative.

Requirements:

  • A mature indivdual with a desire to grow in Biblical truth.
  • A clear calling to lead the next generation.
  • Passion for serving young people.
  • Experience in working with children, youth and young adults.
  • Theological education from a accredited seminary is a prerequisite, ideally a Master of Divinity (MDiv) or an equivalent.
  • A background in Baptist training is an advantage.
  • Available to work on Sundays.

Remuneration:

  • Competitive salary (SGD 3,300 – SGD 4,000/month, commensurate with experience) and Annual Wage Supplement (AWS).

DP Project Engineer

A Project Engineer is responsible for carrying out day to day engineering, report writing and technical works. He or she is responsible for attending sea trials onboard vessels to carry out his or her duties.
