As a next-generation ministry leader, you will lead the next-generation ministry at GNBC, which includes children, youth, and young adults. Offer spiritual guidance to help them deepen their faith and encourage them to share their beliefs with others.

Job Description:

Work with the Lead Pastor to implement the church vision for the next-generation ministry, including:

• Providing leadership to help the next generation grow in their faith and discipleship.
• Mentoring key young leaders in the ministry.
• Building a core team of next-generation leaders.
• Planning and running effective programs for the next generation.
• Teaching and speaking when needed.
• Assisting with other tasks or ministries as assigned by the Pastor or their representative.

Requirements:

• A mature indivdual with a desire to grow in Biblical truth.
• A clear calling to lead the next generation.
• Passion for serving young people.
• Experience in working with children, youth and young adults.
• Theological education from a accredited seminary is a prerequisite, ideally a Master of Divinity (MDiv) or an equivalent.
• A background in Baptist training is an advantage.
• Available to work on Sundays.

Remuneration:

• Competitive salary (SGD 3,300 – SGD 4,000/month, commensurate with experience) and Annual Wage Supplement (AWS).

A Project Engineer is responsible for carrying out day to day engineering, report writing and technical works. He or she is responsible for attending sea trials onboard vessels to carry out his or her duties.

Responsibility and Authority

1) To prepare Dynamic Positioning System Trial Report

2) To prepare Dynamic Positioning Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA)

3) To attend sea trials onboard vessels

4) To liaise with clients on matters related to technical matters

5) To prepare technical reports / drawings

Competency Requirement

1) Proficient in AutoCAD

2) Possess good conversational and written English

3) Proficient in MS Office Suite (MS Word, PPT, Excel)

Education / Qualification

1) Degree in electrical engineering

2) Must be willing to travel on short notice

3) Training will be provided

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Oversee day-to-day progress of IT projects, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Integration Support: Maintain and update technical documentation for integration services and system interfaces.
• Issue Management: Troubleshoot and resolve integration or system-related issues, coordinating with relevant stakeholders for timely solutions.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure product quality and alignment with business requirements.
• Training & Documentation: Create and deliver user manuals, operational guides, and training sessions to support system adoption.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to project stakeholders, manage user expectations, and ensure alignment with project scope and timelines.
• Ad-Hoc Project Support: Participate in special projects and other operational tasks as assigned by management.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Project Management or Fintech Experience: Background in IT project coordination or Fintech environments preferred. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Strong Multitasking Skills: Able to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously with precision and calm under pressure.
• Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of IT systems, integrations, and project lifecycle processes.
• Excellent Communication: Comfortable interacting with technical teams, business users, and senior stakeholders.
• Proactive & Detail-Oriented: Takes initiative, works independently, and maintains a high level of accuracy in documentation and coordination.

• Programme Management – Manage full lifecycle of academic programmes
• Compliance & Administration – Ensure the programmes’ compliance with regulatory bodies such as SSG, CPE and EduTrust
• Student Onboarding & Support – Oversee and manage the onboarding process for students, address any queries/concerns, be the main PIC for students throughout their academic journey

Project Lead for SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme [50%]

• Support in charting the direction for SCTP runs in 2025/26
• End-to-end project management and execution when interfacing with Programme Partner and applicants
• Provide logistics, execution and admin support

About the Talent

You will bring;

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in programme management/coordination and project management within a private educational institution is essential
• Highly organised and meticulous self-starter, results-driven, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in and across teams
• Capable of navigating complexity and shifting priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Possesses a Diploma or Degree in Education, Business or equivalent

Ensure that all food production meets/exceeds standards

Work effectively with all kitchen team to ensure a high level of service experience

Exercise cost control in minimizing wastages and spoilage of food products

To ensure knowledge of the product is maintained and communicated to all relevant personnel

To report any maintenance issues immediately

Ensure strict adherence of food safety, sanitation and hygiene requirements and practices

Follows and adheres to Company policies, processes, and procedures accordingly

To be flexible and willing to help in the kitchen at busy times if required
