• Check consultants’ submissions inputs of project details in variation order forms against checklists.
• Maintain accurate inventories of all variation orders received from consultants.
• Review and verify payment supporting documents for assigned projects before submitting to Contract Manager for Good Receipt processing against established checklist.
• Conduct detailed assessment of consultants' variation submissions for assigned projects before routing to Contract Manager for Workflow approval against established checklist.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:
