Contractual Position: 6 months
Salary: Up to $2800/month


Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide operations, secretariat, and administrative support in areas relating to security and safe management measures.
  • Assist in the coordination and management of event venues and holding areas.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and agencies on road closures, permits, and other operational details.
  • Compile security screening lists and work with authorities on clearance during event days.
  • Coordinate onsite logistics (e.g., drink points, holding areas, wet weather plans, barricades, ticketing, and spectator entry/exit).
  • Plan and execute carpark operations for rehearsals and main event days.
  • Provide administrative support for the organising committee and sub-committees.
  • Support volunteer recruitment, training, and engagement, ensuring meaningful involvement and adherence to safety measures.
  • Oversee deployment of staff and volunteers, signage planning, and logistics setup for smooth event operations.
  • Manage F&B welfare for participants and crew.
  • Handle procurement, contracts, stakeholder engagement, and e-archival of documents.
  • Assist with any other operational duties for the event and related activities.

Looking for:

  • Singaporeans only
  • Min. Diploma in Events management, or any relevant field of study
  • Strong organisational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced event environment.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with experience in operations or event management preferred.
  • A proactive team player with flexibility to support on-site rehearsals and event days.

Temp Grant Administrative Assistant, Trade Union

This is a temporary hourly rated position attached to a trade union. Location: Paya Lebar

Duration: 03 to 06 months

Job Scope

-Assist with the workshop administration (e.g. classroom set-up, liaising with participants, registration, and attendance tracking) as part of grant deliverables.

-Respond to queries via email, phone, or in-person communication

-Support outreach and engagement activities, including logistics coordination

-Perform general administrative duties to support the grant management team

Requirements

-Diploma or Degree

-Relevant experience in administrative support, finance, or grants preferred

-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Working Days

4 day work week from Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Off day can be Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday

Hourly Pay: $15.00
