Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct quantity take off, price, forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities
• Prepare forecast for monthly subcontractors payments
• Liaise with the client and data entry of project expenses into system
• Document progress claims, materials, and reports on project
• Negotiate with contractors and subcontractors
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
• At least Diploma holder and 3 years of relevant experience
• At least 3 years of experience in the Interior Design industry preferred

Job Title: Project Engineer (Audio Visual Solutions)

About the Role:

• We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented AV Project Engineer to support and manage Audio-Visual projects focused on visual solutions such as Digital Signage, LED Video Walls, Smart Office Systems, IPTV, Network Infrastructure and more.

Job Objective:

• To deliver proposed solutions and services through working closely with internal teams, manufacturers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, collaborate, and work with internal Sales and Technical team, and external parties like, Consultant, Main Contractor, Subcontractor, Manufacturer, and Supplier.
