Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems for building projects, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to achieve project objectives.
- Manage authority submissions, permit applications, and ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Supervise on-site works to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion.
- Conduct cost estimation, tender evaluation, and support procurement activities.
- Resolve technical challenges efficiently and maintain high design integrity.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant M&E experience in building services projects.
- Strong in design coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience in consultancy environment will be advantageous.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering quality engineering solutions.
