Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of operators, technicians, and line leaders in daily sheet metal production activities
• Plan, schedule, and monitor production in coordination with the planning team to meet delivery timelines
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards and protocols
