Building / Façade Inspector

Role Overview

As a Building / Façade Inspector, you will perform on-site inspections, identify defects and material deterioration, and provide diagnostic insights into building envelope conditions.
You will work alongside engineers and project managers on repainting, repair, and façade maintenance projects, supporting both compliance and quality assurance under BCA’s façade inspection regime.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct close-range and visual façade inspections in accordance with BCA TR78/TR119 and company standards.
• Operate drone and NDT equipment (e.g. infrared camera, moisture meter, cover meter, crack gauge) for condition assessment.
• Document findings through photography, defect tagging, and report preparation using digital platforms.
