Join Andes Consultants — Building Insight Through Innovation
Founded in 2004, Andes Consultants Pte Ltdis a Singapore-based building consultancy specializing in diagnostics, repair advisory, project management, and training.
We combine the rigour of engineering with the curiosity of science — using advanced non-destructive testing (NDT) tools, infrared thermography, and drone-enabled façade inspections to uncover and solve complex building issues.
Our philosophy is simple:
“Just as a doctor diagnoses before treating, we believe every building deserves a proper diagnosis before repair.”
At Andes, we work closely with government agencies, managing agents, and developers, helping them make informed decisions about their buildings’ long-term health.
We are ISO 9001 and BizSafe Level 3 certified, a BCA-approved drone service provider, and an IES Academy training partner for the Certificate in Facade Inspection course.
As we enter our next phase — Andes 2.0 — we’re integrating AI, machine learning, and digital workflows to redefine how building inspections and reporting are done.
We are looking for curious, motivated, and hands-on professionals who want to grow with us in a multidisciplinary environment where engineering meets technology.
If you value learning, teamwork, and real-world impact — you’ll fit right in at Andes.
Come build the future of building consultancy with us.
