Sales Engineer (Data center)

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate new business opportunities and proposes potential business deals by contacting potential customers, decision makers and target accounts. Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements and evaluate options.
- Works closely with local, regional, and global teams to close new business deals with persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential key accounts/customers to do business with PS. - Establish budgetary forecasts and sales volume targets for the SEA DC market.
- Collaborate with Sales to assess level of involvement required from distribution to ensure success of closing business and project opportunities. Provides project guidance for price and quotation strategy to distribution network.
- Identifies and support in qualification of strategic alliances to expand PS solution, products, and services; and business networking to leverage into additional markets.
- Provide front line Data Center related marketing and technical support to distribution partners and dealers, as necessary.
- Analyze sales and market data to provide relevant information to senior management for decision making.
- Promote PS in trade events and associations. Works with Marketing and Engineering to create, prepare and present technical papers and other application specific white papers for marketing collateral, trade journals and conferences.

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack Developer with proven experience in React.js, Node.js, and PHP to help us build robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications.

• Develop dynamic and responsive user interfaces using React.js (Hooks, Redux, Context API)

What We’re Looking For
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, and PHP
• Strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern development best practices
• Solid understanding of Express.js, JWT-based authentication, and API architecture
• Proficient with version control (Git) and familiar with CI/CD workflows
• Comfortable working with Docker for containerized development and deployment Bonus Points

M&E Engineer (Construction / Up to $6100)
- Singapore Based (City Hall / Jurong West Site)
- 5 Days work per week (8.30am to 5.30pm)
- Working at office, M&E Department (City Hall area), at least 5 years’ experience, salary $4500 - $6100

Job scope:

To verify the work done on site is in accordance with the approved drawings/ specifications/ authority’s requirement and also ensured that the subcontractor carry out rectification for non-compliance.
Conduct weekly M&E meeting with the M&E sub-contractors to ensure that their work is in proper sequence and ensure that the site supervisors are aware of the work sequence to avoid clashes of site activities.
To resolve site issues with consultants/subcontractor/supplier ASAP to minimise delay to the construction progress.
To ensure that the related documentations are updated and ready for ISO audit.
