Review the inspection history to summarize the integrity status of the plant equipment and piping systems.

· Perform the scoping work and prepare the job pack for process piping and in-service equipment based on engineering assessment and annual inspection plan.

· Plan and carry out fixed equipment/piping inspection via on-stream risk-based monitoring programs and downtime inspection activities including corrosion under Insulation (CUI) and corrosion under pipe support (CUP) on process piping and equipment according to annual maintenance plan

· Identifying the areas of special concern and deterioration (e.g. Dead legs, injection points, mix points, corrosion under insulation and Low silicon Inspection).

· Supervision and coordination of all on-stream and shutdown inspection and NDT activities for static equipment and in-service process piping.

· Review of inspection test plan, WPS and method statement for any in-service repair work of piping and pressure vessels.

· Witnessing of PT, MPI, PMI, metallographic tube testing and Hydro static test for statutory equipment.

· Provide recommendations and timely updates on equipment degradation problems.

· Provide quality assurance on project construction and maintenance works to ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards and specifications.

· Preparation of final inspection reports with all findings, abnormalities and recommendations.

· Ensure quality of inspected items to meet project requirements and standards.

· Inservice inspections in refineries / Oil and Gas / Petrochemical industries, such as corrosion under pipe support (CUPS), corrosion under insulation (CUI), Injection & Mix points inspections.

· Read, understand project related ITP, procedures, specification requirements.

· Review documents and drawings as per specification • Knowledge / experience about Piping Isometrics, P & ID, general arrangement drawings, Structural drawings, Weld Maps, welding symbols, Cutting Plans, Quality control procedures, Base Materials, and welding consumables.

· Inspection, review of mill certificates, Material verification, Inspection of Pipes, Fittings, Flanges, valves, nipples, plate tubes as per respective materials specifications, Codes, Standards & Client Specifications. Inspection / Witness & Review Stage wise activities earlier stage of spool fabrication

· Knowledge in welding inspection

Eligibility Criteria

· Graduate Engineers with 3-6 years of relevant experience.

· Relevant Engineering Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Petroleum/Oil/Gas, Civil, Chemical or Industrial Engineering are acceptable.

· Experience in Refinery and Oil & Gas must

· Experience in QA/QC and Knowledge in Non-Destructive Testing methods.

This is an exciting opportunity for a 2-year contract, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent role after a 3-month probation period!

Working Days: 5 Days (Monday - Friday)

Working Hours: 7.30am - 5.15pm

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor and generate sales for the division
  • Plan production schedules to meet production schedules
  • Plan material purchases to meet production schedules
  • Raise PRs for direct materials for production
  • Allocate explosive lots for production
  • Create and maintain production orders for production tracking to meet delivery
  • Monitor production output and material availability for production
  • Keep traceability record whenever needed
  • Maintain BOM and routing in SAP
  • SAP Material Master - create materials, routings, work centres
  • MES system administrator
  • Ad-hoc task given by Manager/Senior

Job Requirements

  • Higher NITEC or Diploma Grad are all welcome, in any field
  • Candidates with proficient in Microsoft Office Excel are preferred

Due to our expansion, we are looking to hire an engineer to join our team in supporting the smooth operation of robots in a hospital setting and supervise installation of cabling.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Ensure continuous monitoring of AMR performance via the dashboard to guarantee smooth operation throughout the hospital.
  • Respond promptly to any operational incidents or issues on the ground, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Serve as a key communication point between the project team and ground users, providing regular updates on the status of AMR operations.
  • Document any issues or incidents in daily log files to ensure traceability and resolution.
  • Work in rotating shifts (6 am - 3 pm or 12 pm - 9 pm), with occasional weekends and public holidays based on shift schedule requirements.
  • Receive training on generating error logs using specific software tools.
  • Be trained to operate and control AMR fleet tasks through dedicated software.
  • Basic troubleshooting of the AMR robots.
  • Support structured cabling installations.

  • Prepare quotation, budget plan and submission to have approval from project engineer or manager.
  • Prepare method of statement, lifting plan and work schedule to provide safety personnel to prepare risk assessment.
  • Prepare MTO and raise MR for all materials required for the project.
  • Responsible for equipment installation, structure installation, piping erection operations and pipe support installation in accordance with schedule, procedures, specifications, priorities and availability of construction drawings.
  • Handling all the technical queries and investigating all the work related problems, including the drawing of field sketches when necessary.
  • Review of Project specification, ISO drawings and P&ID.
  • Responsible for counter checking by ISO drawings, P&ID and GA drawings for the correct location, orientation, alignment and plumpness.
  • Carrying out final P&ID check of installed piping systems in the module. Preparation of “AS BUILT” drawings.
  • Responsible for carrying out mechanical clearance, conducting hydro and pneumatic tests, fulfilling commissioning and Pre-Commissioning requirements for the project.
