We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to spearhead our digitalisation efforts across Southeast Asia. This role is pivotal in driving business growth, entering emerging markets, enhancing client satisfaction through intelligent solutions, and building competitive advantages.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Development

• Develop and execute digital business strategies in Singapore and Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines)

• Identify and cultivate key client relationships (developers, contractors, agencies)

• Conduct market research on digital transformation needs in AEC and FM sectors

2. Cross-Department Collaboration & Ecosystem Building

• Align strategies with HQ teams (R&D, product, marketing, sales)

• Build partnerships with vendors, integrators, and research institutions

3. Solution Design & Delivery

• Lead pre-sales, proposal development, and client presentations

• Oversee project planning, resourcing, risk control, and quality delivery

• Build and manage local delivery team; conduct training and workshops

4. Business Management & Customer Success

• Implement strong customer service and renewal systems

• Monitor project budgets and profitability

5. Project Delivery

• Manage full-cycle digitalisation solutions across the region

• Ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction

• Control budgets and drive financial performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, IT, or Business

• 10+ years in digital transformation/tech leadership

• Proven experience in Southeast Asia market development

• Strong understanding of AEC/FM industries

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• English fluency required; Mandarin a plus for HQ collaboration

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers responsible for network operations and managed services.
• Ensure service delivery performance meets contractual SLAs and customer expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, cloud adoption, and process optimization.
• Act as the main escalation point for major incidents and coordinate 24x7 response and recovery efforts.
• Oversee change management, incident management, and problem management processes in accordance with ITIL best practices.
• Prepare and present performance and operational reports using Power BI and ServiceNow.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of IT operations/service delivery experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong background in network infrastructure, managed services, and operational management.
• Proven experience managing teams supporting 24x7 operations.
• ITIL Certification is mandatory.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Power BI, and automation tools.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Perform all roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors under the Building Control Act.
• Ensure that all the civil & structural and M&E works are constructed in accordance with drawings and specifications and the Building Control Act and Regulations.
• Supervise concreting, pavement, drainage construction works (applicable for C&S)
• Carry out checks on compaction and curing of concrete (applicable for C&S)
• Carry out checks on striking of formwork, re-props and removal of props (applicable for C&S)
• Carry out checks on quality & erection of precast components (applicable for C&S)

Qualification:

• Accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore.

Oversees and improves office operations, manages administrative staff, handles budgeting and expenses, and ensures efficient support functions for engineering projects and overall business goals

Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and equipment is well-maintained.

Work with project managers and other teams to ensure financial discipline and efficient support for engineering projects.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with various teams and personnel.
