  • -Proficient knowledge of high-level industrial programming and network design/configuration.

Job Scope:

  • Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support, understand customer's technical needs and project specifications.
  • Develop application based on customer specific solution concepts, ensuring that the solution packages follow the relevant industry standards, and provide corresponding proof of concept studies.
  • Design system architecture or industrial networking to comply customer’s requirement
  • Attend customer meetings, and present technical solution to potential customers.
  • Comprehensively support end customers in the planning, installation and start-up phase of their projects. .
  • Ensure that our products and their unique features are specified in projects and at end users as well as consultants to technically safeguard our position against competition.
  • Conduct regular application workshops and trainings to sales, marketing, partners and customers, promoting latest technology and application trends as well as their deployment in Phoenix Contact products and services.

Basic Functions

To develop sales strategies and plans as well as generate new business via channel establishment to meet sales, revenue and margin targets.

Specific Responsibilities

  1. Generates new sales and grow share of wallet for Kohler generator products in area of responsibility, with strong focus on business development through distribution partners or independently
  2. Establishes, cultivates and maintains key relationships with end customers, influencers and contractors. This can be done in conjunction with distribution partners and direct engagement
  3. Uncovers and builds opportunity pipelines with end customers and advance through the sales stages progressively till deal closure
  4. Establishes budgetary forecasts and sales volume targets for the market
  5. Works with Distribution Management team to formalize and execute Annual Operating Plans (AOP) with distributors
  6. Advises key stakeholders on competitive sales and market data, current development and trends of customers and distribution channels
  7. Provides front line marketing and technical support to distribution partners and dealers as necessary
  8. Analyzes sales and market data to provide relevant information to senior management for decision making

Qualifications / Requirements
