Requirements:

• 3-5 years of mechanical experience (machine tool/machinery/transmission assembly).
• Knowledge in basic physics, machining, hydraulics, pneumatics, and measurement.
• Knowledge of basic electrical is welcome.
• Should be able to tear down damaged spindles, able to detect what is missing, worn-out, or broken, and find any foreign particles present and what kind of foreign particles each component has.
• Should be able to prepare a report with the root cause of failure and analysis.
• Should perform test runs and runoffs after completion of assembly.
• Should visit the customer for disassembly and assembly of the spindle unit.

Job Scope

• Oversee the preventive and corrective maintenance of CCTV systems, including camera installations, equipment repairs, and software updates
• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans to maximize system uptime and performance
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any technical issues or operational challenges
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and system performance data
• Continuously explore new technologies and industry best practices to enhance the capabilities of our CCTV infrastructure

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a leading a maintenance of CCTV systems, Access Control System and or Intrusion Detection System.
• Strong technical expertise in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV systems, Access Control System and or Intrusion Detection System.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, with a proven ability to think critically and find innovative solutions
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Roles and Responsibilities

• Arrange logistics and prepare tools for component replacement or repair work, calibration, and servicing of safety-related equipment .
• Perform maintenance, servicing and calibration of safety-related equipment
• Carry out preventive maintenance in accordance with preventive maintenance schedule.
• Comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies, procedures and regulations when carrying out work.
• Create work orders to document repairs.
• Highlight areas of non-compliance to supervisor for follow-up.

• Reinstate machine and equipment back to operation to reduce downtime.
