Responsibilities:

• Supervise and roster course maintenance staff, ensuring the golf course is kept in top playing condition.
• Oversee turf management, irrigation, bunker maintenance, mowing, fertilizing, and aerification works.
• Inspect course conditions daily, prepare reports, and support course set-up for club events and tournaments.
• Manage equipment, stock inventory, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Assist in budgeting, procurement, staff training, and coordination between Golf Operations and Maintenance teams.
