This position ensures that the venue remains in optimal condition for all events and clients. The successful candidate will be a proactive individual with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, capable of managing both maintenance and housekeeping teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular facility inspections and maintenance checks to ensure all areas are in top condition.
Plan and coordinate necessary repairs, replacements, or improvements.
Manage cleaning schedules and ensure smooth daily cleaning operations.
Supervise, train, and motivate cleaning staff to maintain high performance and service standards.
Support venue operations, including assisting with client viewings, venue openings, and event setups when required.
Liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely maintenance and service delivery.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety, cleanliness, and maintenance regulations.
Requirements:
Preferred minimum of 2 years of experience in facility management, building operations, or a similar role.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
