Roles & Responsibilities :

• Plan and track projects to ensure deliverables are in compliance, on budget and timely delivered
• Proactively supervise, manage and communicate project expectation to stakeholders, team members and customers
• Provide timely project status report to project stakeholders. Manage and participates in regular project progress meeting with internal and external stakeholders
• Supervise and manage the installation of Telecom cable and equipment installation
• Keep track of site visits, audits, and details to submit to the deployment teams
• Manage manpower resources utilization and job schedules on a daily basis
• Responsible for the safety of work, quality and compliance to specifications and procedures
• Provide installation support or any other duties whenever necessary

Requirements :

• Have strong knowledge in telecommunication structured cabling, application
• Resourceful, independent, self-motivated, team player and able to multi-task
• Good communication skill
• Must have valid class 3 driving license
• Able to work 5.5 days’ work week

· Responsible for full set of accounts.

· Ensure accuracy and timely closure of accounts.

· Formulate and review existing accounting processes throughout the Company to ensure

accounting and financial reports accurately reflect the conditions of the business.

· Perform variance financial analysis on the financial performances of the Company.

· Prepare estimated monthly cash flow of the company.

· Finalise yearly financial report and submit to Director for approval for audit purpose.

· Follow-up on outstanding balance sheet items.

· Liaise with external auditor and tax agent.

· Liaise with bankers in relation to credit facilities, banking matters etc.

· Regular checking for daily auto backup status of accounting system.

Project No. & Sales Order

· Issue Project Number & maintain Budget Control for customer’s LOA / Contract /

Purchase Orders (PO) received and accepted by director.

· Get approval for increase additional budget cost.

· Create and maintenance customer details in system.

· Update customer’s LOA / Contract / PO into Sales Order (SO).

· Review SO Outstanding Report and verify with project outstanding work.

Billing to Customer

· When required, issue Delivery Order (DO) and ensure DO copy signed by customer.

· Issue and sending Invoice / Credit Note.

· Ensure monthly billing for progressive claim and rental.

· Sending Statements and liaise with customers on payment schedule.

· Prepare Debtor Aging Report with customers’ payment schedule.

Accounting

· Update system of all receipts including customer’s payment.

· Make data entries for Suppliers’ invoice after verify quantity and unit rate.

· Verify total monthly Purchase Invoice in system with suppliers’ statement.

· Inspect every expense before proceed for payment preparation.

· Submit checked Creditor Aging Report to Director for payment approval.

· Prepare payment voucher for approved expenses.

· Maintain supplier bank detail in Autocount system.

· Generate Fast/Giro bulk payment file from system and upload into internet banking

for directors’ approval.

· Update monthly auto debit transactions into system as per bank statement.

· Maintain journal entries, reconciliation for bank statement.

· Prepare WIP report and submit to Director for reviewing.

· Quarterly checking sales & purchase GST report and ensure GST captured correctly in system

according to IRAS regulations before do online submission.

· Furnish all documents require by external auditor during annual audits.

· Filing all record and supporting documents according to Income Tax Act and GST Act

requirement.

· Knowledge of Autocount Software would be an advantage

· Any other adhoc duties if assigned

The CAD Drafter creates detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and plans used in manufacturing, construction, and product design. Working closely with engineers, architects, and designers, the CAD Drafter translates conceptual sketches and specifications into accurate 2D and/or 3D computer models using industry-standard CAD software.

• Prepare detailed drawings and layouts from rough sketches, specifications, and design data.
• Use CAD software (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, or MicroStation) to produce 2D drawings and 3D models.
• Revise and update existing drawings to reflect design changes and project updates.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to company or industry drafting standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to resolve design discrepancies.
• Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and supporting documentation.
• Perform quality checks on drawings to ensure dimensional accuracy and design compliance.
• Assist in preparing presentation drawings, renderings, and project documentation.
• Support field or manufacturing teams by providing technical drawing clarifications.
• Develop and prepare detailed plumbing drawings using AutoCAD or other CAD software.
• Create isometric and schematic diagrams of plumbing systems (water supply, drainage, venting, etc.).
• Assist in the design and layout of piping systems based on engineer’s instructions and architectural plans.
• Ensure designs are compliant with local building codes, plumbing codes, and other relevant regulations.
• Revise and update CAD drawings per redlines and markups from engineers or architects.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and architectural teams to resolve conflicts in design.
• Maintain organized records of drawing files and project documentation.
• Support field personnel by providing as-built drawings and responding to RFIs (Requests for Information).
• Participate in design review meetings when required.
• Responsible for the planning, coordinating, quality and timely completion of engineering drawings.
• Prepare detailed design and construction drawings for C&S works Responsible for preparing and producing shop drawings, as-built drawings and/or construction drawings in accordance with engineers’ requirements Able to work independently with the responsibility to meet tight deadlines. • Assigning housekeeping tasks to staff and inspecting work to ensure that the prescribed standards of cleanliness are met.
• Scheduling staff shifts and organizing replacements as required.
• Investigating and addressing complaints regarding poor housekeeping service.
• Providing training to the housekeeping staff.

What we're looking for

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar sales or technical role within the marine engineering industry
• Senior individuals will be considered for Senior roles
• Proven track record of successfully selling complex technical products or solutions
• Strong understanding of marine engine systems, including their design, installation, and maintenance
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers at all levels
• Proficient in technical documentation, proposal writing, and contract negotiation
