· Develop and service new customer base

· Build and maintain long term business relationship with new customers

· Design and implement a sales plan that expands and develops company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence

· Work closely with operations and production department to deliver optimal solution to the client’s interests.

· Find creative/ innovative ways to address business and customer needs

· Conduct negotiations on delivery, payment and other necessary conditions with the clients

· Involve in company’s marketing efforts

· Handle tough or complex customer issues by analysing said problem and suggest effective solutions in addressing customer complains/feedback

· Review and suggest improvements on sales policies and procedures for sales department and its subsequent implementation

· Assist to resolve sales operational problems and make recommendation on operational matters

· Bimonthly reporting of sales development, sales volume, and invoicing, gross margin and forecast figures.

· Provide business development and strategic insight on market segments

· Analyse customer data to obtain results useful in making key business decisions

· Gather competitor intelligence and take appropriate market actions in consultation with management.

Requirements:

· Diploma or degree in any field

· Minimally 5 years of sales management experience in freight forwarding/ petrochemical/ semi-con industry

· Strong business sense

· Self-motivated, independent and able to work in dynamic environment

· Exceptional interpersonal, communication skills

· Able to work independently and in a team

· Able to work with short notice

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to craft meaningful content and create marketing campaigns that drive traffic and boost user engagement. The role reports directly to the Director.

Job Scope:

• Increase brand awareness, brand recognition and recall, and develop strategies to improve lead generation, customer retention and loyalty
• Coordinating marketing strategies with the business development units, finance, and operations team
• Developing and managing the marketing department's budget
• Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns while managing lead generation via various organic and paid acquisition channels
• Develop brand guidelines, defining and maintaining the brand's visual identity, including logos, colours, typography, and overall brand aesthetics.
• Produce valuable and engaging content across all marketing channels through analysing consumer behaviour

Requirements:

Job Summary
As a Management Associate, you will work closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, enhance investment product offerings, and support key business operations. This dynamic role spans strategy execution, digital investment platform support, and client engagement. The role requires fluency in Mandarin due to our target client base and you will help track performance metrics, analyse market trends, and collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative financial solutions.

This position will be based in our business office at Capital Tower, Tanjong Pagar.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Business Operations

• Collaborate with the CEO and department leads to define and execute strategic priorities.
• Track performance metrics, user data, and KPIs related to platform usage and investment flows.

Investment Product & Platform Support

• Contribute to the development and improvement of digital investment offerings (e.g., ETFs, robo-advisory tools, goal-based investing).
• Benchmark competitors and monitor industry trends (e.g., regulation, UX, personalization in investment apps).
• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and compliance to support product roadmaps.

Client & Partner Management

• Assist in onboarding B2B and institutional partners or investor networks.
• Prepare and introducing pitch decks, product overviews, and analytical insights for prospective clients or investors.
• Support the onboarding processes and ensure a seamless experience for clients and investors.
• Help ensure a smooth investor experience by resolving queries and gathering feedback.

Qualifications & Experience

• Background: Approximately 1 year of experience in finance, consulting, fintech, or a related field— A bonus if focused on investments, digital wealth, or capital markets.
• Mindset: Start-up-ready. You are resourceful, proactive, and excited by uncertainty.
• Learner: You may not know everything, but you know how to figure things out. You ask questions, seek feedback, and move fast.
• Analytical: You're comfortable with numbers and can translate data into insights—even better if you’ve used analytics tools before.
