The Senior Conference Producer / Senior Conference Marketing Specialist is a full-time position based in Singapore. You will be responsible for the following areas:

Production

  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitor landscapes, and industry challenges;
  • Value proposition Creation: Discuss valid topics with the chair and write and delivering event briefs for the marketing and editorial teams;
  • Conference agenda curation: Coordinate with chair and session chairs to select the oral and poster presentation candidates, schedule the presentation timing for all slots;
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Establish relationships with key stakeholders, including chair, session chairs, speakers to create advocacy for our events;
  • Website Management: Keep event websites updated with the latest information, speakers, partners, and sessions;
  • Budget Preparation and Tracking: Prepare budget forecast before the event, and update the budget regularly to check the potential profit and loss;
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to partners, speakers, and stakeholders, resolving issues promptly;
  • Milestone Tracking: Monitor and track progress to ensure KPIs and event targets are achieved;
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate with editorial team, marketing team, live session teams;
  • Editorial progress monitor: Work closely with the editorial team on abstract processing and with production teams on abstract book preparation;
  • Oversee live streaming of virtual events to ensure the smooth operation of the live sessions;
  • Onsite Delivery: Lead the creation and delivery of event briefs for on-site delivery, ensuring exceptional on-site execution of the conferences to meet customer expectations;

Marketing

  • Marketing strategy creation: Ensure maximum outreach to target markets and promote the conference through various channels
  • Conference collateral materials creation: draft copies for brochures, banners, sponsorship prospectus
  • Marketing Copywriting: Create promotional copy for marketing channels, including Email campaigns, SM posts, Media partners and editorial needs.
  • SEO marketing: Improve the website ranking and increase the website traffic;
  • Sponsorship marketing: Secure partners and coordinate their participation and sponsorship;
  • Content Development: Create content for conference sessions, interviews, and speaker/host scripts by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Marketing campaigns progress tracking: Monitor and track progress to ensure the timely execution of all marketing schedules;
  • Post-Event Analysis: Conduct evaluations and prepare detailed reports highlighting event outcomes.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor or Master's degree in any subject;

Regional Assistant Digital Manager

MAIN PURPOSE

Reporting directly to the Regional PC Digital Manager, he/she will co-create the SEA region-specific digital strategy and create digital and e-commerce assets for Total Personal Care brands (Senka, Tsubaki, FINO, Ma Cherie, New Brands), as well as to drive new initiatives to experiment and pilot across the digital marketplace, social commerce and retailer.com space. The team is responsible for driving and delivering total SEA FineToday Regional e-commerce strategy, roadmap & e-commerce communication toolkits to accelerate the growth of e-commerce in the region. The role includes visibility to senior stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

COMMUNICATION DEVELOPMENT

· Lead development of regional Brand Day asset creation for SEA region

· Lead development of regional E-Commerce asset creation and guidelines of new product launches/ new brand launches/ brand renewal for SEA region

· Represent SEA interests to Global brand team & ensure that new innovations and communications fulfil SEA needs

· Tracking and processing e-commerce budget and spends

BRINGING FINETODAY BRANDS TO LIFE WITHIN THE DIGITAL SPACE

· Support Digital Manager in pilot projects to test ideas and develop best practices for the region for marketplace, social commerce and retailer.com.e.g. AI livestream pilot, TikTok Shop new brand launch

· Support Digital Manager in developing E-Commerce Strategy for the region i.e. Drive regional platform priorities, pricing strategy and guidelines based on regional consumer insights and competitor best practices.

· Lead sourcing and ideation of E-Commerce exclusive gifting for the region.

TRACKING E-COMMERCE GROWTH AND PROFITABILITY

· Support Digital Manager on regional E-Commerce marketing data reporting and recommend actionable insights within the E-Commerce team to grow brand market share and sales

· Support Digital Manager in monthly analysis of E-Commerce data for the SEA region

· Regular monitoring of regional campaigns and reviewing against key performance marketing metrics and evaluate profitability

· Support Digital Manager in optimizing regional E-commerce profitability by optimizing E-commerce P&L via trade terms negotiation.

· Familiarize with regional E-Commerce seller centres and dashboards to draw insights

· Monitor and partner local markets to ensure content / execution excellence across E-Commerce platforms
