Your Role

DSTNCT is looking for a Creative (Video) to join our growing video content team.
You’re passionate about storytelling through video — creating content that connects brands with people and culture. You know trends, understand communities, and bring creative ideas to life through short-form formats that live natively on TikTok, IG Reels, and other social platforms.

This is a hands-on creative role where you’ll collaborate across disciplines to produce bold, social-first video work that shapes how our clients show up online.

Responsibilities

● Shoot and edit social-first, storytelling-driven video content across TikTok, Reels, and other digital platforms.

● Collaborate with account managers and creatives to conceptualize and execute content ideas aligned with campaign and social strategies.

● Brainstorm and pitch fresh content ideas that tap into current trends and community insights.

● Create shareable, trend-led content that feels native to each platform.

● Write concise, eye-catching headlines and captions that complement video narratives.

● Develop strong visual storytelling, ensuring consistency and craft across all outputs.

● Keep up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging creative formats.

Requirements

● Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).

● Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve or other color grading software is a plus.

● Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram— what works, what’s trending, and why.

● Strong storytelling instincts and ability to translate ideas into engaging video.

● Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal.

● A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to juggle priorities and manage timelines.

● A team player who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings positivity to the process.

Job Description

• Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy.
• Manage and execute the marketing strategy in alignment with company objectives.
• Coordinate with external agencies to deliver the marketing plan.
• Stay up to date with the latest technology, tools and best practices.
• Manage all digital marketing channels and campaigns.
• Measure ROI, KPIs and provide performance reports.
