Job Description

- Position Title: Marketing Executive (Hybrid Working Arrangement)
- Working Location: Jurong West
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri 8.30AM – 5.30PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3,800 + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels to promote products and services effectively.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Assist in maintaining and enhancing the brand's image and positioning in the market through consistent messaging and visuals.
- Support the planning and execution of promotional events, trade shows, and product launches to maximize brand exposure.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using insights to make data-driven decisions and optimizations.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Media & Communication or equivalent
- Has 1-2 years of marketing experience in any industry
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems)
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing channels

Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms, including: Instagram, Facebook, Company Website, Google Business Profile / Google Ads
- Plan and schedule engaging content to increase reach and audience interaction
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and results
- Capture, edit, and produce videos for social media and marketing campaigns
- Create eye-catching visuals, captions, and stories aligned with brand tone and message
- Assist with ad hoc digital marketing tasks and campaigns
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and tools
- Support other departments with any tasks related to branding or online presence
Period:
- Permanent
Salary:
- Up to $2800 + VB
Working hours:
- Mon – Sun (any 5 days, arrange with Director accordingly), 9am - 6pm
Location:

Requirements:
- At least 1–2 years of experience in managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google Business, etc.)
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and content strategies
- Experience with basic video shooting and editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.)
- Proficient in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar
- Good command of written English – able to write engaging captions and brand-aligned content
- Familiarity with Google Ads or other paid advertising platforms is a plus
- Highly creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage content calendars effectively
- A team player with a proactive attitude and a genuine interest in digital marketing and branding
