The Services required are set out as follows:

(A) Reception:

To provide customer service at the school’s General Office reception counter. This includes handling queries and requests from the public, staff and students.

Personnel must be able to handle all incoming telephone calls (including redirecting the calls to the correct personnel or take down messages where necessary).

To make telephone calls to parents / students / customers / suppliers as directed by the school.

To follow the school’s standard operating procedures (SOPs) closely (e.g. school safety and security SOPs and SOPs in handling late reporting students, injured/sick students, etc).

• Provide monthly maintenance and operation services to customers
• Effective handling of fault / emergency repairs and customer complaints
• Possess Class 3 License would be an added advantage
• Minimum 3 years’ experience is required
