Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Event Videographer to capture high-quality video footage at corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, networking sessions, and other live events. The ideal candidate should be proficient in filming dynamic scenes, ensuring smooth camera movements, and delivering engaging video content that meets client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Film professional, high-quality video footage at live events, ensuring stable and well-composed shots.
• Work closely with clients or event organizers to understand video requirements and key moments to capture.
• Set up and manage videography equipment, including cameras, stabilizers, lighting, and audio gear.
• Edit and produce event highlight videos, recap videos, and other required formats.
• Ensure smooth and professional video coverage while being discreet and adaptable to different event environments.
• Maintain an organized workflow for storing, selecting, and delivering video footage.
• Work with photographers and other media professionals to ensure cohesive event coverage.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an event videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing past event work.
• Proficiency in professional video equipment, including DSLRs/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, and audio recorders.
• Strong knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Experience with basic color correction and sound editing.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to different lighting and audio conditions.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and event teams.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
• Experience in corporate event videography is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with live streaming or multi-camera setups is a plus.

Additional Notes:

• Familiarity with different video styles, including cinematic, documentary, and highlight reels.
• Video equipment will be provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer bookings promptly, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Create export job references and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate with shippers to confirm special shipment requirements before accepting bookings.
• Keep Sales Personnel updated on booking status.
• Liaise directly with shipping lines or consolidators (FCL and LCL) to secure space.
• Confirm booking details and advise shippers accordingly.
• Arrange trucking and cargo collection services if required by customers.
• Communicate any vessel delays, changes, or disruptions to shippers promptly.
• Ensure cargo is sent in good condition and report damages to customers immediately.
• Verify vendor invoices and close job files accurately.
• Support ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills with strong attention to detail.

Human Resources

• Handle HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, leave management, and maintaining employee records.
• Manage applications, renewals, and cancellations of Work Passes (Work Permit, S Pass, Employment Pass) via the MOM portal.
• Process monthly payroll and CPF submissions accurately and on time.
• Maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with MOM regulations.

Finance & Accounting
