1. Trainer (Gym Tonic)

This is a full-time Trainer position in various Gym Tonic sites. Main duty is to drive the Gym Tonic Programme in various Gym Tonic sites. Gym Tonic (GT) is an evidence-based Strength Training Programme for the elderly which uses specialised machineswhich aims to build muscle strength in seniors above the age of 60 years old.

Core Job Scope:

- Conduct and supervise GT training program for elderly participants

- Conduct physical fitness assessments for elderly participants

- Development of training program based on existing protocol

- Perform data analysis of fitness results and reports

- Ensure smooth operations of a gym

Additional Job Scope:

- Manage administrative tasks and manpower planning

- Work with Constituency Office for publicity & overall administration of Gym Tonic

- General maintenance of gym facilities

Requirements:

- Preferably 2-3 years of experience in managing a gym or in a similar setting

- Diploma qualifications or above; preferably a background in Exercise & SportScience, Health & Wellness or related areas

- Additional personal training certification such as FIC or ACE would be preferred

- Experience in the fitness coaching industry would be helpful, Gym Tonic relevant will be helpful

- Passionate to work with elderly to improve their physical and mental wellbeing

Salary: Up to $3010(Basic) + Monthly Allowances +AWS + Performance Bonus
Working Hours: 5 Days a Week

Job Summary:

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare precise 2D & 3D CAD drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or equivalent software

• Assist in design development, detailing, and technical documentation
• Create PowerPoint proposals and design presentations for clients

What We’re Looking For:

• NITEC/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (Fresh graduates welcome)
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or 3D rendering is a plus
• Good design sense with an eye for detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage (liaising with Chinese counterparts)
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively

Bonus Skills
