The Mailroom Associate (Floater) works in multiple locations to cover for colleagues on leave.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service
■ Exhibit a professional and customer focused approach in all dealings with Investment Banking Division personnel

Operations
■ Sorting, distributing and collecting mail, newspapers and magazines (Internal and External)
■ Delivering Internal and external tracked items
■ Support simple Reprographics requests such as document copying, scanning, binding
■ Work closely with the Mailroom and Reprographics teams for urgent mail/print requests
■ Stock-take and order stationery and paper for department
■ Monitor status, top up paper/consumables of all copiers/printers/fax machines within department
■ To manage the department’s facsimile requirements, including collection and distribution
■ To maintain the department’s library of newspapers, periodicals and officials publications and to ensure that they are updated and filed as required
■ Package and label documents or other requested materials for local/overseas shipping or courier delivery
■ To make external dispatch runs within the CBD (City) area, or as instructed by the Office Manager, for official purposes only
■ Perform any other office administrative tasks assigned
■ To maintain a clean and tidy work area
■ Understand and comply with Health & Safety regulations in line with company’s and client’s Health and Safety Policies

Key Qualifications and Experience (Including Technical Skills)

■ Educated to minimum college level
■ Computer literate and experienced in MS Office Suite

The role of a Community Care Associate (CCA) or Senior Community Care Associate (SCCA) is to provide quality day-to-day daily living care for residents or clients in a nursing home or senior care centre, in line with the Community Care sector’s aims to provide Singapore’s elderly with a dignified life. A CCA and SCCA will be trained in cross-functional areas such as nursing and therapy, and will work closely with Clinical and Therapy teams to promote maintenance of resident’s independent living skills through holistic care and deploying cross-functional skills.

As a CCA or SCCA, you will provide seniors with:

Assisted daily living and support (personal hygiene, feeding, transfers)

Holistic care to support their psychosocial well-being by curating recreational programmes and activities, supervising and engaging seniors, and developing a supportive relationship with seniors and family members

Holistic care to support their physical and clinical well-being through mobility training and integrating maintenance rehabilitation activities into their daily routine, assisting to serve pre-packed medication and applying prescribed topical medication, performing basic wound care independently and administering subcutaneous insulin injections (for SCCAs only).

To be eligible, you must meet the following criteria:

1. Passionate and have a heart of care for our seniors
2. Exposure to healthcare setting advantageous
3. Candidates with more than 2 years of local healthcare experience will be considered for the SCCA position

Weekday : 830am to 530pm

- Pest Inspection and Treatment: Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest problems and determine appropriate treatment methods. Apply pest control solutions safely and effectively, following safety regulations and company protocols.

- Client Communication: Clearly explain pest issues, treatment plans, safety precautions, and follow-up instructions to clients. Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments, and services provided.

- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all tools, equipment, and chemicals are well-maintained and used properly.

- Safety and Quality: Prioritize customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and standards. Demonstrate responsibility by following schedules, safety guidelines, and company procedures.

- Teamwork and Continuous Learning: Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality and operational efficiency. Stay updated on pest control techniques, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

Requirements for Pest Control Worker:

- NEA Vector Control Woker License: Mandatory for pest control workers.

- Fresh grad : Welcome to apply.

- Class 2B or Class 3 Driving License: Preferred but not required.

- Good Communication Skills: Ability to read and write in English, with effective communication skills.

- Positive Attitude and Service-Oriented: Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
