• To be part of airport & logistics project team and responsible for delivery of automation computer control software solutions and projects;

Requirement:

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related field;
• At least 3~5 years of experience in Java, DOTNET and C# application development - standalone applications, web services and database;

We are looking for a Civil Engineer with experience and knowledge in construction materials (concrete/cement), including testing activities, research aimed at development of low CO2 concrete products.

The purpose of this job is to be responsible for developing the Company’s product by continuous research activities and deep exposure to scientific data and best global practices in technology – on strategical and tactical levels.

Primary job duties will be:

(a) Coordinate the development and continuous improvement process of (nano-engineered) ultra high performance concrete products (UHPC) in the Company.

(b) Coordinate the products/systems development from mix design to R&D to commercialization.

(c) Guide the process of evaluation and optimization of construction materials e.g. cement, sand, supplementary contentious materials into various UHPC formulations.

(d) Coordinate laboratory tests related to concrete properties measurements (mechanical and durability testing etc.).

(e) Support business development activities (technical, application sides, external communications). Become a technical ambassador of the Company.

(f) Coordinate UHPC team activities according to the business needs (project management).

(g) Reporting, project planning, troubleshooting.

(h) Manage and perform UHPC mixing and/or casting activities on-site from time to time.

(i) Implement testing standards and manage new in-house SOP preparation work.

(j) Selection and training of college grads for the UHPC team.

• Candidate should be capable to work with Marine Electronics, Communication and Navigational equipment e.g Marine Radars, ECDIS, VDR, GPS, AIS, MFHF, VHF, Satellite Systems, Speed Log, Echo-sounder etc on board vessel as well as at workshop.
• Candidate should have prior experience of repair, service, new installation, and commissioning of above listed items.
• Candidate with Good Knowledge and experience in Troubleshooting and Repairs of Bridge Equipment will be given preference.
• Candidate should be capable of doing independent Documentation, coordination with other staff member, weekly reporting.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement software solutions for Building Management System (BMS) including chiller systems, HVAC, security, fire alarm and etc
• Design P&ID diagram
• Collaborate with engineering team to gather requirements and specification of BMS
• Write, debug and test the code to control and integrate with the existing BMS system
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve the BMS related issues
• Develop and maintai manuals of the developed BMS system including codes, logic diagrams and system configurations

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Planning, scheduling and monitoring of QS’s work for respective projects to ensure that works are completed on time for submissions to Client parallel to Project Schedule both in re-measurements and change proposals.
• Provide quotations to Client’s for any new additional works arises out of the original scope of works (if any).
• Checking and approving the change proposal for submission to Clients.
• Prepare forecast of overall projects costs inclusive of revised MTO’s and change proposals of each project. (Will provide to Client periodically.)
• Meeting up with Clients to reconcile and close up on the re-measurements and change proposals submitted.
• Compilation and close-up of final account for each project completed with the respective client.
• Prepare and monitor of invoices and payments from Client for each project.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveyor or Construction Management discipline
• At least 10 years of experience in Marine shipyard for large constructions projects
• Experienced in the quantification and valuation of works for claims is essential, together with sound knowledge of commercial processes such as contracts, subcontracting, tendering and procurement
