Job Requirements:
-Degree holder with 3 - 5 years of relevant HR working experience in a Shared Services or as a HR Generalist
-Familiar with Employment Act, CPF Act
-Experience in Workday system highly preferred
-Self-driven, meticulous and able to meet multiple deadlines
-Hands on operationally with a passion and drive to standardize and simplify workflows and processes
-Good interpersonal and communication skill
