• Manage the full cycle of sales activities in the region.
• Identifying, developing, and managing client business relationships together with selling our services and negotiating the rates of business.

Responsibilities:

Specialist Corporate Planning provides corporate planning support and tender review support to the Manager

Financial Reports and Data Management

• Preparation of the financial summary report to the Management, based on the various financial documents submitted by subsidiaries and regional offices.
• Analyse current and past financial data and performances
• Create materials to satisfy various purposes as required
• Report to Manager and Management on a Monthly or required basis
• Manage financial-related data and the database
• Reporting Business Plan by using BI application

Corporate Planning

• Prepare the documents for corporate business strategy based on the management instruction
• Incorporate information obtained from group companies and regional offices into the business plan
• Support to develop presentation material for management

Tender Review and Internal Coordination

• Review tender documents and do the risk analysis
• Analyse client financial credit
• Review internal meeting documents to get approval from HQ following HQ tender approval criteria

Internal Control

• Support in preparation of Internal Audit for HQ
• Coordinate for group companies' BOD meeting

Minimum Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, and Finance
• At least 5 years experience in corporate planning function
• Working experience in Japanese companies will be advantageous
• Working experience in contract management in construction or Engineering industries is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of commercial and construction contract law is preferred
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and ability to adapt to any software and system to maintain financial data.
• Strong skills in analyzing financial current and past data
• Have experience using Business Intelligence tools preferably
• Able to speak and write Japanese to liaise with Japanese-speaking counterparts and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a field service report and include relevant before and after repair images in it for the ultimate give a client report
• Able to read electrical drawings and carry out simple electrical fault troubleshooting system with little or no direction
• Help the workshop manager create a parts quotation so the buyer may buy spares to carry out maintenance and/or overhaul
• Hold daily Tool Box meetings and make sure that workplace health procedures and safety regulations are followed
• When required, mentor and oversee junior engineers.
• Execute additional tasks as needed by the workshop from time to time.
• MRO services, such as organising, identifying, diagnosing, and carrying out small and major repairs major OEM marine propulsion equipment overhaul
• Includes yard, basin and sea trials for the new gearbox's commissioning.

Requirements:

• Mechanical engineering training, ideally NITEC or above
• Five years or more of experience in the marine industry, specifically in propulsion
• Capable of troubleshooting propulsion-related equipment with little supervision
• It is essential to have the ability to travel abroad, even on short notice.
• Strong communication abilities in both written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Support and provide mechanical engineering design
• Handle design works and/or project management relevant to ACMV, Fire Protection, Sanitary and Plumbing.
• Supervise and coach a team of engineers in mechanical services for the project from concept stage, design development, contract documentation, authority submissions, site administration to project completion
• Act as either Project Manager or Team Leader in projects.
• Act as mentor to new employees.
• Provide technical assistance to engineers.
• Advise engineers on the project administration and contractual issues.
• Conduct technical discussion on common design problems with engineers

Requirements

• Recognised Degree in Mechanical Engineering with PEB Singapore
• Candidate must have min 6 years of relevant working experience in design engineering of ACMV / HVAC, Fire Protection and Plumbing services with Engineering Consultancies in Singapore
• Proven track record of working across organization boundaries to define requirements, solve complex problems and drive programs to successful completion
• Good understanding of Singapore Code of Practice and local authority submission process (LTA / PUB / BCA)
• BIM and CAD capabilities (REVIT / Microstation / Autocad) will be added advantage
