  • 7 years of experince will be required in Marine &Offshore industry
  • Supervise and manage employees.
  • Define or modify plans, cost estimates and create schedules for the shipyard requirements
  • Strengthen the communication & coordination between Procurement & Production
  • Oversee organizational work insurance policies
  • Daily plans for operation and monitoring of client enquiries
  • Ensuring all course meet the client’s requirements based on work scope.
  • Planning for operation project schedule based on scope of work.
  • Deployment of manpower on daily bases.
  • Ensure all workers to work and follow safety procedures with quality requirements.
  • Planning for request of purchasing of necessary tools as required for project.
  • Arranging transportation for client inspections, deploying workers and delivery of goods
  • Attending clients project meeting, progress report meeting and safety committee meeting.
  • To ensure works are carried out smoothly and in proper manner.
  • To conduct daily operation meeting with Supervisors, Logistic Manger, Drafting & QC Engineer.
  • Report to General Manager for day by day activities.
  • Request for petty cash and managing on purchasing of items on urgent bases.
